IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Starting September 28, 2026, the Division of Occupational Licensure (DOL) will manage all Board licensing functions—including applications, renewals, reinstatements, and amendments—through the new eLIPSE platform.
What applicants need to know
PCS will no longer process applications. The final day to apply through PCS is Monday, September 14, 2026. Applications must be complete, including transcripts and references, by September 14. Incomplete applications will not be eligible for a refund of PCS application fees.
Beginning September 28, all applications must be submitted through eLIPSE.
NCEES will continue to offer exams. After applicants pass the exam, digital licenses will be issued through eLIPSE.

For incomplete open applications: Please submit the required information by September 14, 2026. If the required documentation is not received by that date, your application will be closed. You may submit a new application through eLIPSE beginning Monday, September 28. Refunds will not be issued for incomplete applications.
