These examinations are administered by the Tennessee Manufactured Housing Association after the Retail and Installers 15-hour Certification/Licensing Course and the 5-hour Continuing Education Course. The classes for these courses are on Monday or Tuesday and the examination is given on a Wednesday immediately following the 15-hour Initial Certification for Installers/Retailers Course. October 17th examination in Mt. Juliet, TN
