You will receive a Scheduling Form once approved by the Board. Complete the Scheduling Form and send it along with the examination fee payment to PCS.
The Scheduling Form and fee payment must be received by:
April 15 for the June examination.
The cost for each examination section is $338.
Note: Once approved, candidates are eligible for a period of three (3) years from the date of approval by the Board. Re-Examination candidates are those who are within their three year Board approval period and have previously taken the examination through PCS.
