EXAMINATION DATES

These examinations are administered by PCS every second Tuesday of the month. Completed Scheduling Forms and fees must be received before or on the last Tuesday of each month (two weeks prior to the examination date).

January 10, 2017 (Deadline December 27, 2016)

February 14, 2017 (Deadline January 31, 2017)

March 14, 2017 (Deadline February 28, 2017)

April 11, 2017 (Deadline March 28, 2017)

May 09, 2017 (Deadline April 24, 2017)

June 13, 2017 (Deadline May 30, 2017)

July 11, 2017 (Deadline June 27, 2017)

August 08, 2017 (Deadline July 25 ,2017)

September 12, 2017 (Deadline August 29, 2017)

October 10, 2017 (Deadline September 26, 2017)

November 14 , 2017 (Deadline October 31, 2017)

December 12, 2017 (Deadline November 28, 2017)

EXAMINATION SITES

You will select your first, second and third site choice from the list below on your scheduling form. Please note that while every attempt is made to schedule you for one of your choices, there is no guarantee. You will be assigned to the next available testing date. Failure to take the examination you are assigned to will result in a loss of your examination fees. To schedule for a future examination, you will be required to submit another Scheduling Form and examination fee to PCS.

HOW TO APPLY

Download (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click here to install it for free) the scheduling form below, complete it, submit it along with the examination fee to PCS. You will be scheduled for the next available non-seminar examination. PCS will mail you an admission card approximately 7 days prior to the examination instructing you where and when the next examination will take place.
