JEFF BLAKE
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Blake is the Chief Operating Officer of PCS. He currently manages all day to day operations at PCS and is also on the Board of Directors where he is responsible for budgetary, strategic planning and business implementation responsibilities. Prior to the inception of PCS from NASBA, Jeff was a partner and the Chief Operating Officer at LaserGrade Computer Testing. At that time, LaserGrade was the largest US owned computer-based test administration company in the United States with over 50 clients and approximately 700 testing centers worldwide. He managed all day to day operations with P&L and budgetary responsibilities, negotiated contracts with high-level State and Federal government officials, and built joint ventures and strategic partnerships to take advantage of market opportunities.
Before moving over to LaserGrade, Jeff was a Manager/Broker at Eurobrokers. Eurobrokers is one of the largest trading firms in the world dealing in securities, commodities and currency. Eurobrokers traded forward contracts for the delivery of electricity to destinations across the United States. Jeff relocated to Washington State and established the first trading operation in the United States to broker electrical commodities and grew the company division from zero sales to $10 million in less than two years. He was responsible for promoting the benefits of electricity trading to power marketers nationwide and managed the acquisition of his division by another trading company.
Previous to being a Manager/Broker at Eurobrokers, Jeff was the vice president of Eurobrokers. He was responsible for the day to day activities of the trading floor. This included the supervision of a team of brokers that executed trades totaling well over one billion dollars a day. He also advised clients on market trends and activity. Jeff started as an intern at Eurobrokers before he graduated college and was Chief Broker in less than three years and was promoted to Vice President in his fourth year.
