SCHEDULING DEADLINES

The scheduling form must be received at least 30 days prior to the desired examination date.

First Time Candidates -- PCS mails the Scheduling Form and examination information to only Board approved candidates.

Re-Exam Candidates> -- A Scheduling Form and examination information will be included in failing score notices.
