MA Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Application Process
Beginning July 1, 2017
All applications to the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing for initial licensure by examination and reciprocity will be submitted as an On-Line application only.
Paper applications previously submitted will be processed.
All applications submitted with a post mark on or before June 30, 2017 will be accepted.
Any applicant applying with a post mark date after the June 30, 2017 deadline will be directed to submit an on-line application.

l be available on July 5, 2017.

. If you must complete the Board’s Good Moral Character Evaluation, required documentation should be sent directly to the Board AFTER submitting a completed application inclusive of fees to PCS.
Upon receipt of all required documentation (complete application, verfications, transcripts) PCS reviews applications and verifications for completeness and accuracy.
If incomplete, PCS will notify applicant via email or mail with all discrepancies.
PCS emails the
Letter of Authorization
to applicant.
At the same time of approval, PCS submits information to MA Board electronically.
