Occupational Therapists will transition to a new online licensing system. 

The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals will transition to a new online licensing system on April 14, 2025.

If you mailed in a paper application, PCS will process it if received by April 4th, 2025.  If received after April 4th, 2025, PCS will notify you via email to apply online at the following location. 

Applicants may apply for or renew a License on the Health Professions Licensing Portal.
