HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO 

1. Login 
2. In the Documents section of your account page, click on "ADD NEW DOCUMENT."
3. Click on the arrow in the first drop down to select the application.
4. In the second dropdown, select the type of document you are uploading to your account page.
5. Click on "Choose File" to select the document from your computer.
6. Click on the "ADD" button to upload the picture.
   • Note-​You must use a 2X2 passport type photo taken within the last year. Headshot only.
7. You will see your picture on the left hand side of the page.
