Associate Director, Cosmetology and Barber

Francine has been with PCS since PCS began its journey in 1998. Currently, Francine manages all operational aspects of the Cosmetology/Barbering department. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to: strategic management, strengthening client relationships, and overseeing daily operations of the Cosmetology/Barbering department, which consists of 7 employees. Prior to filling this role, Francine was the Supervisor of NASBA’s & PCS’ call center, due to her extensive background in customer service.
