Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA)
Reports To: CSA/ASA Manager
Department: Customer Service
FLSA Status: Hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm
SUMMARY:
This position provides quality customer service and is the initial contact point for all of the Professional Credential Services, Inc. divisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:
- Ensure candidate calls are being answered promptly during shift.
- Respond to candidate inquiries via telephone in accordance with printed and online instructions.
- Research and explain eligibility inquiries.
- Assist candidates with web site navigation.
- Document candidate inquiries by recording inquiry and response in the candidate’s file using the proprietary data management system.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Well organized and good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
SALARY:
Salary will be determined by experience and skill level.
