July 19, 2013 - Nashville, Tennessee - PCS is very pleased to announce and to welcome Mr. Sean Hainer to the PCS team as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Hainer will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial and human resources related activities of the Company.
Sean, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Marketing, has over twenty-five years' experience in business management, product development, financial analysis and senior leadership in diverse industries including manufacturing, logistics, and licensure and certification testing. His career began with the United States Navy, serving at sea as a Supply Officer during the first Gulf War.
Mr. Hainer entered the testing industry in the mid-90s when he joined the Chauncey Group International as a Business Manager. Sean was responsible for business operations of an international testing program with over 1M test takers annually. In addition to his experience with the Chauncey Group, Mr. Hainer was part of the management team of LaserGrade Computer Testing, LP, where he was responsible for all administrative, financial, accounting, human resource, contract management, and corporate governance aspects of the business. Upon the acquisition of LaserGrade by PSI, Inc., Sean remained with the business as Director of Financial Planning until 2009. In addition to his testing experience, Mr. Hainer's most recent efforts have been in the reverse logistics industry where he worked with Touchstone Wireless Repair and Logistics, LP. He was responsible for actively coordinating all financial aspects of a $200M reverse logistics and repair business, as well as all corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
